We specialize in the Clerical, Administrative, Light Industrial, Accounting and Technical areas. We have worked with over 250 companies throughout the State. Many of our business relationships have become dedicated, long-term partnerships. Among Anchors major clients are a variety of industries, including manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, non-profit, healthcare and biomedical. Some of our clients are local city government offices, school districts, major retailers, telecommunication companies, and software development companies. After years of working in the staffing industry, Linda and Charles Callari decided to start their own staffing business; they placed their first temporary at a local electronics company looking for quality personnel at a cost-effective rate, and the Anchor legacy was born. The innovative company became profitable after only one year of operation. But that was just the beginning - after its second year, the organization experienced a phenomenal rate of growth which has continued throughout the last several years. Linda Callari, President and Owner, has over 15 years of staffing industry experience. She has held executive positions for well-known staffing firms such as Brandon Systems, Hall Kinion, Judge Technical Group and Arcus Data Staffing. She as risen through the ranks and aspired to positions such as Branch Manager, Regional Director, Vice President Operations and Vice President of Marketing. Charles Callari, Co-Owner, has over 15 years of professional services and technology expertise. He has worked for well-known companies such as IBM, Brandon Systems and Levare, and held positions such as Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Director, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Together, the Callari’s have a combined experience level of over 30 years in the staffing, professional services and consulting arena. Their goal is to provide quality services to our valued clientele at cost-effective rates.
